BBSC Sail Fest is sponsored by Gulf Pool Service
This is the annual BBSC Sail Fest! Saturday is the race for PHRF boats, and Sunday will be the Small Boat race. The PHRF race winner and the Small Boat race winner will be recognized separately, however bragging rights will be awarded to the “Two Day” winner.
Two Classes: Spinnaker GYA PHRF, and “X-Class” which is a Back Calculated Rating. For info on X Class, contact the fleet captain at the “Contact” link to the left (for desktop users), or upper right “menu lines” (for mobile users).
NOTE: The change back to GYA PHRF ratings is a result of discussions with GYA officials leading to the discovery that many boats actively competing don't fit the data-points after the new algorithm has calculated the ORA rating. Stay tuned for GYA's next communication on the topic.
Every sailor who races both days will be awarded a custom hat to commemorate their performance.
